Late night comedian Jimmy Kimmel has made some pretty sick and disparaging remarks about our First Lady, not too long ago digging his claws into her over the fake ‘Stormy Daniels’ news.
The latest attack came on Tuesday with Kimmel claiming that Mrs. Trump is a “Slovenian captive” in the White House. He even made a sick video mocking her fight against cyberbullying and her platform to help America’s children.
The Trump family is no stranger to horrific media attacks like this. Last year liberal comedian Kathy Griffin posted a photo of herself on social media which showed her holding a model of a bloody, decapitated head, designed to look like President Trump.
Kimmel referenced the first lady in context of President Donald Trump’s firing of Secretary of State Rex Tillerson earlier in the day.
“Trump told reporters he made this decision ‘by myself.’ Like a five-year-old. ‘I did it all by myself.’ Of course you did by yourself, there’s no one left at the White House anymore. It’s just you and your Slovenian captive,” Kimmel said of Melania Trump, who immigrated to the U.S. from Slovenia.
The audience appeared shocked, then applauded, according to The Wrap.
“Was that too much?” Kimmel then said. “I’ll make a note of that.”
It isn’t the first time Kimmel has suggested that the first lady is unhappy in the White House.
In January after reports of Donald Trump’s alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels broke out, Kimmel said the first lady decided not to join her husband at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, “because she hates him.”
“So instead of going to Davos, I guess her plan was to stay back in the White House to keep digging the escape tunnel she has hidden behind a poster of Tom Selleck,” Kimmel said jokingly.
